HGH 191AA refers to the full-length, native Human Growth Hormone, a peptide hormone composed of a single chain of 191 amino acids. It is synthesized, stored, and secreted by somatotropic cells in the anterior pituitary gland. Its bioidentical, recombinant form used as a medication is known as Somatropin.

The primary function of HGH is to regulate physical growth and metabolism. Its effects are complex and occur through two distinct pathways.
